Allen Joseph Littlefield

Allen is best known as a trial attorney. As a partner with the firm Fishman, Littlefield & Fishman, L.L.C., he has concentrated the majority of his legal career in civil litigation. This focus has afforded him the benefit of daily interaction with the court systems. Mr. Littlefield has successfully argued before the Supreme Court and Appellate Division of the State of New Jersey some of which are reported cases and have been highly publicized. Most notably, Selective Insurance Company of America v. Thomas, 179 N.J. 616 (2004) Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey and Arroyo v. 84 Lumber Division of Workers’ Compensation (reserved decision published on the State of NJ Workers' Compensation website) Claim Petition No(s). 2002-29546, 2002-24380

After receiving a BA degree in Finance from The Richard Stockton State College, Allen graduated from Hofstra University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Littlefield was then admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.

Over his career, Mr. Littlefield has had a vast amount of public service. He was appointed as the Zoning Board Solicitor of the Town of Hammonton and Township of Mullica, Zoning and Planning Board Solicitor of the Borough of Folsom, Public Defender of the Town of Hammonton and Borough of Folsom, Conflict Solicitor of the Town of Hammonton as well as the Assistant Municipal Prosecutor of the Township of Mullica.

Allen is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Atlantic County Bar Association, and Camden County Bar Association.

Mr. Littlefield was a guest panelist on Legal Line, a weekly television program aired on WPSJ-TV. Additionally, he was a lecturer in the 4th Annual "This Year in Workers' Compensation - The Top Issues & Cases". Allen has been recognized for his distinguished career, having been voted the "Best of the Best Attorney" by the Hammonton News for the years 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
